Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. Our SSL technology allows us to keep all client information 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express for all online purchases. Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin.
Store Policies
On occasion an item may become out of stock. If you should place an order for an out of stock item, we will notify you via email that your item is no longer available, or if we will be receiving another shipment, when the item will become available. If the out of stock item is a part of a multiple item shipment, the in stock items will be processed.
Not all items available online are kept in our Milwaukee store. If you are interested in a specific item online and would like to see it at our Milwaukee store please call ahead to ensure the item is available.
Pre-Orders:
When you place an order for a preorder item we will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. Shipment dates are an estimate of the arrival date and may be subject to manufacturer delays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for pre-orders. Pre-orders are processed on a first come basis. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order we will issue a full refund. Pre-orders are not eligible for returns or cancellations. Coupon codes are not valid on pre-order items.
Coupon Codes:
Only one coupon code may be used per order. Offers cannot be combined with any other discount offer, promotion or special incentive program. Coupon codes cannot be applied to prior purchases, sale items (unless the promotion indicates otherwise), pre-orders and they may have a minimum purchase associated. Any return of merchandise with a discount coupon will be refunded the proportionate amount actually paid. Coupons have no cash value and are valid during time specified and while supplies last. Coupon codes may be canceled at any time.
Return / Exchange Policy
Online Purchases:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase your return must be received within 14 days. The return/exchange must be date stamped 14 days after the SHIPPED date not 14 days from the date the item was received. The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with ALL tags attached and in perfect condition. Non Sale items are eligible for a refund minus any shipping charges.
Sale items under 50% off must be returned within 7 days and must meet the requirements as stated above. Any sale merchandise discounted 50% and over is considered final sale and is not eligible for return.
Special Ordered Items cannot be returned.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Flaire reserves the right to determine if the items are eligible for return credit. Should the item(s) not meet our return requirements*, the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense.
*Return Requirements include that the item(s) is not stained, visibly worn, altered or damaged, tags removed or the item(s) is returned after the 14 day window has expired.

If you need to make an exchange or return, please follow the instructions you received along with your sales receipt included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send the items(s) back to us using the above address. Flaire cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
Once your package is received at Flaire, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five (5) business days. You will be notified by email when this transaction has taken place.
Occasionally, when an item is returned and marked for “exchange” on the return/exchange form you received, we may not have that item available in a different size or color you requested. We will notify you by email of your options regarding a full credit on your credit card or a store credit option good for one year.
Delivery Information
We ship via UPS.
Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Orders received after 3PM CST, weekends and/or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery charges in the Continental US are as follows:

Refused Shipments:
Should you refuse your Flaire shipment for any reason, you will be responsible for any shipping fees charged, both customs related and general freight fees for the cost of returning the package to Flaire. The fees will be subtracted from your return credit.
Cancellations:
Please be advised that once an order is placed we will be unable to make any modifications including canceling your order.
Privacy Policy
We have our customer’s security as our top priority. We will never sell or share your personal information with outside companies or third parties. The information we collect from you when you place and order or subscribe to our email newsletter is kept confidential and secure and only accessible to the management team at Flaire Boutique, Ltd.
